
Legal auditing consists of the revision of all documents related to the administrative and legal corporate area as from the date on which the corporation was incorporated and up until the moment is was requested.
The purpose of legal auditing is to obtain information on which an opinion can be provided regarding the legal status of a company, and thus keep the partners or shareholders precisely informed regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the company, under the application of the corporate law in Mexico. In certain cases, as with the application of Corporate Legal Protection (CLP), the firm shall previously request the client to undergo the application of Legal Auditing of the company for the application of the system.
