Foreign Investment in Mexico is based on Mexican legislation and ministerial desertion. Our team of lawyers is deeply involved with all the guidelines that control the type and level of investments effectuated by foreign shareholders and investors.

We provide our international clients with all the detailed Foreign Investment information regarding businesses and their legal possibility to interact in the Mexican commercial markets or stock market, including, in turn, the Government policies in order to assist foreign companies in order to successfully invest in Mexico. We draft and archive all the corresponding registries which keep us informed in order to remind our clients of the dates and terms in order to comply with their obligations with the National Registry of Foreign Investment, the National Commission of Foreign Investment and other Administrative Authorities.

Our firm also provides legal assistance before the National Commission of Foreign Investment in order to request the approval of Neutral Investment in order to increase the normally permitted percentage of Foreign Investment for some restricted activities.
